云南省油菜产业发展探析

从生产、加工、消费三方面来看，云南省油菜生产水平略高于全国平均水平，且呈平稳增长态势。云南油菜产业发展主要存在油菜种植规模小、自然灾害频发、油脂加工业落后等制约因素。要进一步促进云南省油菜产业的可持续发展，必须加大对油菜产业的投入，加强油菜领域科技攻关，整改油脂加工企业，延长油菜产业链。

Analysis of the Development of Rapeseed Industry in Yunnan Province

The current situation of rapeseed industry development in Yunnan province is analyzed from the aspects of production,processing and consumption,meanwhile the authors probe into the factors restricting the development of rapeseed industry.At present,the rapeseed production level of Yunnan province is slightly higher than the national average,and a steady growth.To further promote the sustainable development of rapeseed industry in Yunnan province,it’s necessary to increase spending on rapeseed industry,strengthen the scientific research and extension rapeseed industry chain to increase comprehensive benefits of rapeseed production.
