醇回流法提取苎麻根中黄酮类物质的优化

摘    要:采用醇回流提取法提取苎麻根中黄酮。考察乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间、提取温度、pH值对苎麻根中黄酮类物质提取收率的影响,并以正交试验优化黄酮类物质的提取工艺。结果表明,苎麻根中黄酮类物质的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数为70%,料液比为1∶7,提取时间为60 min,提取温度为90℃,pH值为7.0。

Opti mizing Extraction of the Flavonoids fro m Ra mie Root with Alcohol Refluxing Method

Abstract:Using alcohol refluxing method,the paper investigated the effect of ethanol concentration,ratio of solid to liquid, extraction time,extraction temperature and pH on the extraction of flavonoids used the orthogonal test to optimize the extraction process of flavonoids.The results showed that the best extraction conditions of flavonoids in the roots of ramie were as follows:ethanol concentration being 70%,solid to liquid ratio being 1∶7,the extraction time being 60 min,temperature being 90℃,and pH being 7.
