摘 要: | 目的制备欧巴代(OPD)包覆的药物控释系统OPD/SBA-15并观察其缓释作用。方法将肠溶包衣OPD包覆于负载了抗癌药物5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)的SBA-15介孔分子筛表面,制备药物控释系统OPD/SBA-15,并观察OPD/SBA-15在模拟胃液中(pH=1.2)和模拟肠液中(pH=7.5)的缓释作用。结果在模拟胃液中,OPD/SBA-15明显延缓5-Fu释放速度。在模拟肠液中,OPD/SBA-15对5-Fu释放速度影响较小。结论 OPD/SBA-15是一种良好的pH敏感型缓释药物载体。

Abstract: | Objective To prepare the opadry-coated drug release system OPD/SBA-15 and observe its sustained-release action. Methods OPD/SBA-15 was prepared by 5-fluorouracil(5-Fu)-loaded and opadry-coated mesoporous SBA-15, and its sustained-release action was observed in the simulated gastric fluid(pH=1.2) and intestinal fluid(pH=7.4). Results In the simulated gastric fluid, OPD/SBA-15 delayed the release rate of 5-Fu. However, in the simulated intestinal fluid, OPD/SBA-15 showed little effect on the release rate of 5-Fu. Conclusion OPD/SBA-15 is a good pH-sensitive sustained-release drug carrier. |
