摘 要: | [目的]对中药菟丝子与其常见混伪品进行真伪鉴别,并对菟丝子与南方菟丝子2种正品进行对比鉴别,为菟丝子与其混伪品和2种正品菟丝子的鉴定提供依据。[方法]用性状和微性状鉴别法对菟丝子与其常见混伪品进行真伪鉴别;用性状、微性状、显微鉴别法和水煮吐丝试验对菟丝子与南方菟丝子2种正品进行对比鉴别。[结果]菟丝子与其常见混伪品的性状、微性状鉴别特征主要表现在形状、颜色、表面特征和种脐等方面的差别;菟丝子与南方菟丝子的性状、微性状鉴别主要表现在颜色、表面特征和种脐等方面的差别,两者的显微特征和水煮吐丝试验结果也存在明显差异。2种菟丝子显微特征的差别在于种皮表皮细胞断面观的形状和内列种皮栅状细胞的径向长度。水煮吐丝中2种菟丝子的水煮膨胀高度、水煮液颜色、吐丝率、吐丝情况及种皮、胚乳和胚芽的颜色区别明显。[结论]该研究为中药菟丝子与其混伪品和2种正品菟丝子的鉴定提供依据。

Identification of Cuscutae semen and Its Adulterants |

Abstract: | [Objective] To identify comparatively Cuscutae semen and its common adulterants and to identify comparatively two genuine Cuscu-tae semen ( Cuscuta chinensis and Cuscuta Australia) .The research aimed to provide evidence for the identification of Cuscutae semen and its common adulterants and two kinds of Cuscutae semen.[Method] Using morphological identification and micromorphological identification to i-dentify Cuscutae semen and its common adulterants.Adopting morphological identification, micromorphological identification, microscopic i-dentification and embryo exposed experiment to identify Cuscuta chinensis and Cuscuta australia.[ Result] The morphological characteristics and micromorphological characteristics of Cuscutae semen and its common adulterants have large differences, mainly in shape, color, surface features and hilum.The morphological characteristics and micromorphological characteristics of Cuscuta chinensis and Cuscuta australia are dif-ferent, mainly in color, surface features and hilum.The microscopic characteristics and embryo exposed experimental results of Cuscuta chinensis and Cuscuta australia exist significant differences.The differences of microscopic characteris ticsbetween two genuine Cuscutae semen are the shape of the epidermis cell in the seed coat and the radial length of inner palisade cells of the seed coat.The differences of embryo ex-posed experimental results between two genuine Cuscutae semen are bulking level of seeds, color of boiled liquid, embryo exposed rate, embryo exposed condition and the color of seed coat, endosperm and embryo.[Conclusion] The results can be used as the basis for the identification of Cuscutae semen and its common adulterants and two kinds of Cuscutae semen. |
