碱茅的耐盐限度试验

摘    要:宜于盐碱地生长的禾本科牧草——碱茅,在氯化物—硫酸盐盐土区经砂培和土培试验得出:种子发芽和生长时的耐盐性能有一定限度,当土壤盐分浓度低于0.563%时发芽基本正常;浓度在0.563~1.125%时发芽受到抑制,高于1.125%时种子受到严重盐害;浓度达2.25%时,种子中毒,基本上全部腐烂,不能发芽;土壤盐分浓度达0.529%时碱茅能正常生长,高于0.529%时生长受到抑制;浓度达1%时生长受到盐害,生物量仅为对照的五分之一。

Abstract:The sand and soil culture experiments indicated that salinity tolerance of the seed germination and growth of Jianmao, a cereal meadow suitable for cropping in saline-alkali soils, had some limitation. The seed bud was normal at concentration of salts consisted of chlorates and sulphates as low as 0.563 percent and was inhibited in the range from 0.563 to 1.125 percent. The seed presented the saline harm as the concentration exceeding 1.125 percent and was poisoned and almost decayed when the salt concentration reached 2.25 percent. The Jianmao grew normally and unormally at salt concentration of 0.529 percent and 1 percent respectively, in the later case, the organism mass of plant was only one-fifth of the control.
