摘    要:利用化学药剂6-BA、GA3处理山葵种子,研究结果表明6-BA与GA3在一定程度上提高种子的发芽奉到60%左右。在组培中,用稍高浓度15mg/L的6-BA处理2-3d有利于山葵种子在培养基上的萌发;如果用GA3处理山葵种子诱导萌发,适当降低GA3的浓度至50mg/L,延长处理时间,可取得较好效果。

Abstract:In an experiment where the complete randomized block design was adopted, the seeds of wasabi Eutrema wasabi (Sieb. ) Maxim. ] were treated with 6 - BA or CA3 at different concentrations for different time duration. Both plant regulators studied, when used in appropriate concentration, promoted seed budding on the culture medium, the maximum budding rate being as high as 60%. Satisfactory results were obtained when the seeds cultured on MS medium were saturated in 6 - BA at higher concentration (15 mg/L) for 2-3 days or in GA3 at lower concentration (50 mg/L) for a longer time in advance.
