摘    要:目的]研究微波增压溶样-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定延胡索中的重金属元素。方法]以采自陕西省汉中市的延胡索为样品,利用混酸消解样品,采用微波增压溶样-石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定延胡索药材中微量铅和镉的含量,并对微波消解的试剂和条件进行了筛选和优化。结果]以HNO3+HClO4作为消解试剂效果最佳。在优化的试验条件下,检测出铅和镉的平均含量分别为0.947和0.074μg/ml,含量测定的相对标准偏差(咒妨)分别为0.41%和1.32%,加标回收率分别为92.2%和89.8%。分析结果显示,采自陕西省汉中市的延胡索样品中微量铅镉含量符合国家标准。结论]用微波增压溶样-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定中药材微量元素简便快速、准确灵敏并能获得较好的效果。
