乌克兰玉米自交系芽期耐旱性鉴定

摘    要:为拓宽我国玉米种质资源,合理有效地利用外引种质,以引进的25个乌克兰玉米自交系为材料,利用水分胁迫溶剂0.5 MPa的聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)对乌克兰玉米自交系进行芽期抗旱鉴定。结果表明:外引的乌克兰玉米自交系萌芽期的耐旱性较好,在耐旱育种中可以选择利用。其中耐旱性表现极强的2个自交系为ZYM128和ZYM131;耐旱性表现强的自交系4个,分别为ZYM123、ZYM127、ZYM129和ZYM204,耐旱性中等的自交系17个,耐旱性弱的自交系2个。

Abstract:In order to broaden the maize germplasm resource,and use exotic germplasm reasonably and effectively,the drought resistance of 25 Ukrainian maize inbred lines were identified at bud stage by solvent water stress0.5 MPa polyethylene glycol(PEG-6000).The results showed that the drought resistance of maize inbred lines introduced from Ukrainian was better and could be used in drought resistance breeding in the future.Tow inbred lines with most strong drought resistance were ZYM128 and ZYM131.Four inbred lines with strong drought tolerance were ZYM123,ZYM127,ZYM129 and ZYM204.In addition,there were seventeen moderate drought tolerance inbred lines and two weak drought tolerance inbred lines.
