| Abstract: | In this essay, we tried studying the crossing of the particle energy level near the event horizon of a general spherically-symmetric and charged evaporating black hole. The representative of the maximal value of the crossing energy level was shown. We drew the conclusion that the frequency distribution of the non-thermal radiation from a general spherically-symmetric and charged evaporating black hole de pended on the time. |
