油松针叶精油萜烯组成的研究(Ⅱ)──萜烯含量与季节、叶龄及朝向的关系

摘    要:对辽宁兴城油松种子园14#无性系的针叶精油做了GC-MS定性、GLC定量分析和统计检验。最主要成分为α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯和β-石竹烯。F检验的结果表明,叶龄萜烯各成分相对含量的影响大于树冠朝向;一年生针叶中单萜和倍半萜的相对含量随季节波动不显著;当年生针叶中仅树冠南向的含量波动显著,其中β-蒎烯的波动是造成单萜含量变化的主要原因。对一些同分异构体的含量随季节变化的趋势作了比较。

Abstract:The major components in needle oil of clone 14#,from Pinus tabueformis ofXingcheng Seed Orchard are α-pinene,β-pinene and β-caryophelene(44%).Seasonal variationof relative amounts with different needle age and aspect was investigated over the course of ayear,F -tests of both percentages of total monoterpene and sesquiterpene show no significantdifferences between the two aspects. However,there is a very significant difference betweencurrent and 1-year-old southfacing needles;In particular,the rapid increase of β-pinene dur-ing late autumn and early winter in the current year,results in the increase of total monoter-pene percentage,while the sesquiterpene percentage decreases. Seasonal variations of someterpene isomers have also been compared.
