摘    要:目的]筛选最适合的牛皮杜鹃嫩叶直接再生芽苗诱导培养基和生根培养基。方法]以牛皮杜鹃嫩叶为外植体,应用均匀设计对牛皮杜鹃嫩叶直接再生芽苟诱导培养基和生根培养基进行筛选,并对筛选结果进行了验证。结果]最适合牛皮杜鹃嫩叶直接再生芽苗的诱导培养基为:1/4MS+3.70mg/L ZT+0.02mg/LIAA+1.00mg/L KT,诱导率达95.5%;最适生根培养基为:MS(改良)+0.10mg/L IAA+0.07mg/L NAA,生根率达98%。结论]通过验证试验证明,成功建立了牛皮杜鹃嫩叶直接再生芽苗及植株再生体系。
