| 摘 要： | 采用原子吸收或原子荧光分光光度法,对分别生活于人工圈笼、猴园和野外的3组猕猴(每组10只)被毛中的6种微量元素(Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn,Pb与As)进行测定和分析。结果发现,Cu和Fe的含量无差异(P>0.05),但人工饲养(猴园和笼养)猕猴被毛中Mn,Pb和As的含量均极显著高于野外猕猴(P<0.01),而野外猕猴被毛中Zn的含量显著高于人工饲养猕猴(P<0.05)。将上述结果与已报道的川金丝猴和人类毛发相应元素的含量做比较分析,提示适当调整人工饲养猴饲料中Mn,Zn,Pb的添加量可作为改善猕猴被毛质量的尝试方法。

| Abstract: | Contents of 6 trace elements(Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn,Pb and As) in the hair of Macaca mulatta were determined by atom-absorbent or atom-fluorescent spectrometry to compare the effects of these trace elements on hair quality of the 30 animals averagely distributing in 3 different habitats including rearing cages,zoological gardens and wild fields.As a result,there were no differences of Cu and Fe contents among the 3 groups(P>0.05),but Mn,Pb and As contents in the hair of feeding(caged or gardened) macaques were extremely significantly(P<0.01) higher than those of wild ones,whereas Zn contents in the hair of wild ones were significantly(P<0.05) higher than those of feeding ones.Further comparison of these findings with reported data on Sichuan golden monkeys as well as human beings indicated that appropriate alteration of additive contents of Mn,Zn and Pb in feeds might be advisable to improve hair quality of artificial feeding Macaca mulatta. |
