摘    要:红掌组织培养用叶柄顶部作外植体 ,愈伤组织诱导培养基为 1 2MS +6 -BA1.0mg·L-1+2 ,4 -D0 .1mg·L-1+食用白沙糖 4 0g·L-1,继代增殖及完整植株形成培养基为改良MS +6 -BA0 .5~ 2 .5mg·L-1+NAA0 .5mg·L-1或MS中NH4 NO3 的 5 4+食用白沙糖 30g·L-1,每个过程均培养 4 5d ,每块组织增殖 2~ 3倍 ,形成完整植株 4~ 6株。移栽基质粗河沙∶珍珠岩 (2∶1) ,遮光率为 80 % ,保持较高湿度 ,每 7d喷施 1 2MS无机盐 ,2个月后成活率在 95%以上

Abstract:The petiole tips were used as explant for micropropagatio n of Anthurium andraeanum .The callus was induced on 1/2MS inducti on medium containing 1.0mg B A,0.1mg 2,4-D and 40g edible sucrose /litre. Plantlets regeneration was achieved 45d after transplanting isolated callus pieces to improving MS regeneration med ium cantaining 0.5~2.5mg BA,0.5mg NAA/litre,or 4/5 concentration of NH 4NO 3 conta ining 30g edible sucrose /litre.Each explant can form 4~6 plantlets by multipli c ation 2~3 times.The survival rate was over 95% after transplantting two monthes (sand:perlite=2:1) under 80% of RH.
