| 摘 要： | 指出我国大多数企业实力都比较弱,应对激烈竞争的有效途径就是与其他企业组建战略联盟,而战略联盟成功的关键是相互信任,所以建立有效的信任机制对战略联盟的成功合作具有重要的意义,并就战略联盟信任机制的建立做了一些探讨。

| Abstract: | Most enterprises are relatively weak in our country. The effective way to cope with fierce competition is form strategic alliances with other enterprises and the key to success of strategic alliances is mutual trust.Therefore,it is importance to establish an effective trust mechanism for the success cooperation of strategic alliances.In this text some studies on the establishment of trust mechanism of strategic alliances were done. |
