基于SOA架构的电子政务办公平台建设

SOA（面向服务架构）是建立现代应用信息系统的新型理念。对SOA架构思想和实现方法进行了研究，结合农业部政务外网门户系统的需求特点，分析并验证了该系统使用SOA理念建设的合理性和必要性。最后记录了运用SOA架构设计、建立政务外网门户系统的实践过程。

Development of E-government Office Platform Based on SOA

SOA （Service Oriented Architecture） is a new concept for establishing a modem application of information systems. Combined with the demands of the government extranet portal of the Ministry of Agriculture, in this paper the idea of SOA and the realization means were studied and then the reasonableness and necessity of the system using SOA concept construction were analyzed and verified. Finally, the process of using the SOA architecture and setting up a system of government extranet portal were recorded in this article.
