| 摘 要： | 地方性院校为本地企业的发展培养应用型人才和服务于企业生产是地方性院校的基本定位。构建以ERP等具有先进性、综合性和可直接面向实际就业等特点的课程为切入点,在企业提供的实践岗位和开发项目的全程引导下形成的ERP类课程实践教学模式对于利用校企两方面的优势、培养学生的实践综合能力、提高就业能力具有较强的实践意义。

| Abstract: | Local colleges＇ basic orientation is to cultivate applied talents for the development of local enterprises and serve the enterprise production.Taking the construction of the ERP courses practice teaching mode which was advanced,comprehensive and directly facing the practice and employment as the breakthrough point,guided by the enterprise practice and the development projects,the EPR course teaching mode was formed,which taking the advantages of school and enterprise to cultivate students＇ practice ability and improve their employment ability. |
