| Abstract: | With the development of rural economy,the need of water increased.Water also connected with the improving of rural life and production condition as well as enhancing the resistant ability of natural disaster.Water had close relationship with the construction of harmonious society and new countryside.In this paper,problems were discussed from several aspects including the basic function of rural water conservation. |
