欧洲黑莓的组织培养研究

摘    要:以欧洲黑莓优良品种冬福瑞(Thornfree)冬季休眠枝为外植体,建立了其快繁体系,即初代培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L;增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L;生根培养基为MS+IBA 0.5-1.0 mg/L;在此体系中增殖系数可达6.5,生根率100%。利用此体系获得的生根组培苗进行移栽,移栽成活率可达到100%,为黑莓工厂化育苗和应用提供理论基础。

Abstract:The buds from water cultured dormant branches of Eurpoean blackberry(Rubus fruticosus cv.Thornfree) were employed as explants in this experiment.The optimum media for initialing,proliferating,and rooting culture were established,i.e.,MS 6-BA 1.0 mg/L,MS 6-BA 0.5 mg/L IBA 0.1 mg/L and MS IBA 0.5-1.0 mg/L respectively.In this system,the highest propagation coefficient was 6.5 and the rooting rate was 100%.The rooted plantlets were transplanted to the glasshouse and then field,and the survived plantlets rate of transplant was 100%,which was a theoretical basis of the industrial breeding and application for blackberry.
