寒地粳稻不同杂种优势组合碳氮代谢关键酶活性比较分析

摘    要:选用产量性状杂种优势有显著差异的4个粳稻杂交组合,分析分蘖期氮代谢关键酶活性和灌浆过程中碳氮代谢关键酶活性及其与产量的关系.结果表明,在分蘖期,高亲优势正向组合的氮代谢关键酶活性显著或极显著高于高亲优势负向组合;在灌浆过程中,高亲优势正向组合的籽粒谷氨酰胺合成酶活性、叶片蛋白水解酶活性、籽粒可溶性淀粉合成酶活性和ADPG焦磷酸化酶活性显著或极显著高于高亲优势负向组合.灌浆过程中碳氮代谢关键酶活性与千粒重,单株产量等呈不同程度正相关.

Abstract:Four japonica hybrid combina tions with s ignificant diffe rence in yie ld were used in this s tudy.The a ctivitie s of key enzyme s involved in ca rbon and nitrogen me tabolism during tille ring s tage were ana lyzed to inves tiga te the re la tionship between enzyme a ctivitie s and yie lds.The re sults showed tha t enzyme a ctivitie s during e a rly tille ring and filling s tage were incre a sed,and then reduced gradua lly,showed the s ingle-pe ak curve s.During tille ring s tage,key enzyme a ctivitie s in combina-tions with pos itive he te ros is were s ignificantly highe r than those in combina tions with nega tive he te ros is.During filling s tage,the a ctivitie s of glutamine syntha se,soluble s ta rch syntha se,ADPG pyrophosphoryla s e and prote a se in combina tions with pos itive he te ros is were s ignificantly highe r than thos e in combina tions with nega tive he te ros is.During filling s tage,the a ctivitie s of key enzyme s involved in ca rbon and nitrogen me tabolism were pos itive corre la ted with 1000-gra in weight and yie ld pe r plant.
