玉米籽粒淀粉含量的遗传效应分析

摘    要:以9个淀粉含量不同的玉米自交系为亲本,按照GriffingⅠ双列杂交模式组配72个杂交组合,研究玉米籽粒淀粉含量的遗传效应.结果表明,淀粉含量遗传方式以加性效应为主,杂交组合的淀粉含量主要表现为正向杂种优势,并与母本和中亲值呈极显著相关.杂交组合淀粉含量的特殊配合力(SCA)与双亲的一般配合力(GCA)效应之间无相关性,不能简单地依据组合双亲的GCA效应来推断其后代的SCA效应,自交系陕814和Lx00-6的淀粉含量和GCA都较高,可以作为今后高淀粉育种的重要资源.

Abstract:A set of 9×9 full diallel(GriffingⅠ) crosses were made using nine inbred lines of maize(Zea mays L.) with different starch contents and genetic effects of starch contents in the 72 crosses were studied.The results showed that the heredity of starch content was mainly affected by the additive gene effect.A positive heterosis was observed for starch content of the crosses.The starch contents of crosses were significantly correlated with that of the middle-parent and the female parent.There were no significant relationship between specific combining ability(SCA) effects of the starch contents in hybrids and general combining ability(GCA) of their parents.Specific combining ability effects of offspring could not be simply inferred from general combining ability effects of their parents.Shan814 and Lx00-6 had high starch contents and high GCA,and could be used as breeding resources for breeding high starch content maize in the future.
