| 摘 要： | 通过对油菜雄性不育 -恢复体系中转基因的遗传分析 ,表明所获得的转基因品系都是单拷贝插入 ,引起雄性不育的基因和恢复雄性可育的基因插入到不同染色体上 ,与理论分析相符。这些定位于不同染色体上的转基因为建立油菜染色体连锁图提供了新的标记。

| Abstract: | Genetic analysis showed that the transgenes in the transgenic male sterility fertility restoration system of rapeseed (Brassica napus) were integrated into different chromosomes in a single copy, which was fit to the theoretical expectation.The transgenes could be used for the new markers in construction of rapeseed chromosomal mapping. |
