紫斑牡丹种仁种皮中脂肪酸组成比较分析

摘    要:利用岛津GC-2010气相色谱仪、DB-WAX毛细管柱和37种脂肪酸甲酯混合标品,对紫斑牡丹种子的种仁、种皮中的脂肪酸组成进行比较分析。结果显示,DB-WAX毛细管柱能够较好地分离37种脂肪酸甲酯混合标品中的绝大多数种类,可以用于确定大多数植物脂肪酸种类;紫斑牡丹种子的种仁、种皮脂肪酸组成相近,主要有棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸;亚麻酸含量显著较高,在种仁中α和γ亚麻酸分别达31.56%和7.32%。

Abstract:The shimadzu 2010 gas chromatograph,DB-WAX capillary column and supelco 37 fatty acid methyl ester mixture standard(37 FAME) were used to characterize the fatty acid composition in seed kernel and coat of P.rockii seeds.The results showed that the DB-WAX capillary colum could separate the most components of 37 FAME and were sufficient to determine fatty acid composition of most plants lipid;the composition of fatty acid in seed kernel and coat were similar,mainly palmitic,stearic,oleic,linoleic and linoleni...
