| Abstract: | Since the embryo teansfer was establishmented, it has become an indispensable technology in modern animal husbandry, especially in the breeding of high-value and low fecundity livestock. However, embryo transfer is a systematic project, the transfer effect is affected by many factors, such as the selection of donor and recipient, superovulation effect, embryo quality, synchronization of donor and recipient, operation technology, nutrition and feeding management level, and the transfer effect is also uneven. This paper briefly analyzes the main factors affecting the effect of embryo transfer in cattle, in order to provide reference for improving the effect of embryo transfer. |
