L－M马尾松单板脱脂的工艺与设备研制

本工艺研究是采用马尾松（Ｐｉｎｕｓ　ｍａｓｓｏｎｉａｎａ　Ｌａｍｂ）单板的多样品，在多状态、多溶剂类型下，通过脱脂实验和溶剂回收实验，确定优良的萃取剂和工艺条件，制定合理简捷的工艺流程，设计满足工艺要求的生产设备，使松脂的萃取能在高料液比下进行，从而取得较佳的经济效益．

L-M Degreasing Technology and Equipment for Single Plate of Pinus massoniana

The authors conducted degreasing experiment and experiment in recovery of solvent with single plate of Pinus massoniana under different conditions,in different solvents and for various specimens,with the result that better extractant and technological conditions had been obtained;and that the extraction of rosin was in high plate -solvent ratio.The authors also formula ted technological process and designed rational production facilities for satisfying technological requirements so as to get the optimum economic benefit.
