摘    要:[目的]测定八角籽仁油脂的各种性质,利用微波催化制备生物柴油。[方法]采用强酸性阳离子交换树脂、强酸性阳离子交换树脂负载FeCl3固体超强酸和KF/γ-Al2O3型固体超强碱为催化剂进行比较。[结果]以固体超强酸超强碱作催化剂,无水硫酸镁作脱水剂,微波档为保温档,油醇比例为1∶20,反应时间为5 min,催化剂用量5%时,生物柴油产率可达90.15%,并且催化剂重复使用性好。[结论]用八角籽仁油脂制备生物柴油是一种新的高效、低成本、无污染的制备技术。

Research on the Physical and Chemical Properties of the Oil from Truestar Anisetree Seed and the Preparation of Bio-diesel by Microwave Catalytic
Abstract:[Objective] The various physical and chemical property of truestar anisetree seed oil was determined for the preparation of bio-diesel by microwave catalytic.[Method] The exchange resin of strong acid cation,the exchange resin of strong acid cation with FeCl3 solid super acid and KF/γ-Al2O3 super-solid alkali as catalyst were compared.[Result] The solid super-super acid and alkali as catalyst,anhydrous magnesium sulfate as dehydrating agent,microwave as temperature conservation,ratio of oil to alcohol of 1∶20,the reaction time of 5 min and 5% catalyst,the rate of bio-diesel production was as high as 90.15%,and the catalyst could be re-used well.[Conclusion] The preparation technique of bio-diesel from oil of truestar anisetree seed was a new high-performance,low-cost and pollution-free.
