生物活性肽对鲤鱼血液生理生化指标的影响

选用180尾体重相近、健康的鲤鱼(Cyprinus carpio)作饲养试验,设对照组1个,试验组3个(日粮中分别添加0.3%、0.6%、1.0%的活性肽),经56 d饲养后,观察在基础日粮中添加不同水平的活性肽对鲤鱼血液生理生化指标的影响.结果表明:(1)试验组的IgM、C4均优于对照组;(2)试验组的T4均比对照组低; (3)试验组的尿素氮均低于对照组; (4)对照组和试验组的CHOL、TG3、 AST、 ALT、LDH、ALB、GLO均差异不显著.

The Effect of Bio-active Peptide on the Blood Physiological-biochemical Index in Carp

In order to study the effect of different levels of bio-active peptide on blood physiological-biochemical characteristics in carp(Cyprinus carpio),180 healthy carps with similar weight were chosen and allocated randomly to four groups.Three trial groups were added 0.3%,0.6% and 1.0% active peptide to basic diet respectively,and the forth group was control group.The carps were fed for 56 days.The results indicated that: 1) Compared with the control group,contents of IgM,C_(4) of experiment groups were remarkably increased;2) Compared with the control group,T_(4 )of experiment groups was remarkably decreased;3) Carbamide nitrogen of experiment groups was lower than that of control group;4) Compared with the control group,CHOL,TG_(3),AST,ALT,LDH,ALB and GLO of experiment groups had no significant difference.
