| 摘 要： | 通过对贵德县草地水土流失现状的分析,认为自然条件、人为的干扰破坏、及鼠虫害危害等是造成草地水土流失的主要原因。提出了加大执法力度,合理利用草地,加快草地建设力度,严格控制载畜量,实施草地封育等治理对策。

| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of the present situation of grassland,points out that the loss of natural conditions,man-made destruction,overload,pests are caused damage,the grass is the main cause of soil erosion.Puts forward intensify law enforcement and reasonable utilization of grassland,accelerating the grass,strictly control the carrying capacity building and implementing grass enclosure,etc. |
