浙江省蚕豆镰刀菌病害的病原种类及其分析

摘    要:1981年以来,采集到浙江各地的蚕豆镰刀菌病株156号.经分离、培养、纯化和鉴定,获得纯镰刀菌菌株176号,鉴定为15个种或品种.对其中的11个种或品种的接种试验证明:Fusari-um acuminatum,F.oxysporum,F.moniliforme,F.moniliforme var.subglutinans,F.solani等镰刀菌是浙江蚕豆镰刀菌病害的主要致病菌.这些种或品种从病株上分离获得的比例分别为29%,20.5%,12.5%,8.5%和4.6%,接种豆株的病情指数分别为52.8,47.7,34.1,40和30.F.acumi-natum,F.moniliforme var.subglutinans,F.semitectum,F.tricinctum等镰刀菌在国内被证明为蚕豆的新病原菌.

Abstract:One hundred seventy six Fusarium isolates were obtained from 156 broad bean (Vicia faba L. ) plants,with foot-rot symptoms,collected from different fields in Zhejiang province. From these isolates,identification of Fusarium species showed them to belong to ten species and five varieties of the genus. Fusarium acumi-natum, F. oxysporum, F. moniliforme, F. moniliforme var. subglutinans and F. solani were shown to be the most important pathogens infecting broad bean plants in Zhejiang,as they showed isolation frequency of 29% ,20. 5% 8.5% and 4. 6%,respectively and showed pathogenicity indexes of 52. 8,47. 7,34. 1, 40 and 30,respectively. New pathogens on the crop were confirmed like F. omoniliforme var. subglutinans,F. semitectum,F. tricinctum, and F. acuminatum in China. Morphological comparisions were made among those important Fusarium pathogens. Symptoms due to Fusarium infection on broad bean plants varied somewhat with different species of Fusarium used in the inoculation tests. Symptoms observed on diseased plants in the field, however,appeared to be mixed or aberrant in forms. This "mixed-type" symptom was evidently the result of infection of several species of Fusarium in the single plant grown in the field, as isolations of the diseased plant tissues made in the laboratory frequently yielded two or more species of Fusarium.
