| 摘 要： | 不合理的生产计划安排,可能导致生产出的产品不被客户需要而大量积压库房,或者订单充足而计划安排不妥造成拖欠订单等问题。针对传统生产计划安排中存在的问题,提出以生产时间、产量和主生产计划等为约束条件对其优化,用MCR（Mixing Completion Rate,混合完成率）控制表对生产计划进行控制的建议。 |

| Abstract: | Unreasonable production schedule may cause large backlog of product not needed by customers or delinquency orders by improper scheduling.Aiming at the traditional production scheduling problems in arranging of production time,the author proposed to optimize production plan with production time,amount and condition plans,and regulate the production plan with MCR control table. |
