| 摘 要： | 进入新世纪以来，信息技术发展突飞猛进，以信息技术为基础的信息化建设日益被证明是一种有效的管理理念和．管理手段。面对日新月异、深入渗透的信息技术，我们更要加强对干部工作信息化建设的重视程度，制定科学、规范、严密的信息管理制度，搭建干部信息网络平台，构建干部信息资源库，全面推进干部工作科学化、规范化和实效化进程。

| Abstract: | In the new century,information technology developed so quickly and information construction proved to be an effective management method.Faced with fast-changing and deeply-involved information technology,we must put emphasis on the information construction of cadre work,set scientific,normative and strict management rules,build net platform of cadre work and construct resource database of cadre information so as to make the process of cadre work scientific,normative and effective. |
