临泽县生态安全屏障建设存在的问题及对策

通过从自然环境、生态建设布局、建设重点等方面对临泽县生态安全屏障建设进行的全面分析可以发现当前建设中存在的问题：沙漠、戈壁等难利用土地的预防保护工作重视不够;部分防护林标准偏低、生长衰退、防护功能下降,亟需改造完善;湿地保护等级定位低,保护力度不够;盐渍化土地治理和利用长期处于停顿状态;城镇及农村社区防护绿地少、人居环境有待改善等。只有通过加强对沙漠、戈壁等难利用土地和湿地的保护,加强对防护林带的建设,加大盐渍化土地治理力度一系列措施,才可以最终实现增加城镇及农村社区防护绿地,改善人居环境以及大力发展沙产业,遏制土地退化,提高农民收入等目标。

Ecological Security Problems in the Construction Barrier and Countermeasures in Linze County

This article conducts a comprehensive analysis,focusing on different aspects of the construction of ecological safety barrier construction such as the natural environment,ecological construction layout,and the general idea in Linze County.The article also describes several current problems including insufficient attention to the land utility of desert and Gobi,lower shelter standard,growth recession,decline in protection in urgent need,low level positioning in wetland,not enough protection,standstill of long-term governance in saline land,less green space protection in urban and rural areas,as well as the need of improving living conditions.These problems can be solved by strengthening land conservation of desert and Gobi,the construction of shelter belts,the protection and restoration of wetland,prevention of the wetlands degradation,increased salinization land management.Finally,protection of green space and arresting land degradation could improve the living environment,develop sand industry,and improve farmers’ income.
