高校作为培养未来建设者的摇篮,基层党组织的地位显得尤为重要。当前,高校基层党组织结构多为以年级为单位的横向结构,这一模式在发挥其作用的同时,亦存在诸多问题。建议构建以专业为支撑的垂直型高校党支部模式,以解决当下高校党支部组织生活单一、结构不均衡、优良传统得不到传承等问题。
