4种神经递质调节剂对黄羽肉种鸡产蛋性能的影响

为探讨4种神经递质调节剂对黄羽肉种鸡繁殖性能的影响,对200只健康的27周龄新兴黄3号父母代种母鸡随机分为组进行试验.结果表明:使用溴隐停、左旋多巴和氯丙嗪处理后第1周能够提高试验鸡群的产蛋率,但在第2周后这种效应则消失;4种药物处理均能提高种蛋合格率和平均蛋重;4周内溴隐停和赛更啶处理后的合格数种蛋高于对照,而左旋多巴和氯丙嗪处理后的合格种蛋数则低于对照组.

Effects of Different Nervous Conditioning Agents on Egg Laying Performance of Meat Breeding Hens with Yellow Feather

200 healthy meat breeding hens with 27weeks age were fed by 4 different nervous conditioning agents for 7 days to study the effect on egg laying perforance.The results showed that the egg laying rate of hen groups fed by bromocriptine(0.25 mg/hen/day) or L-dopamine(50 mg/hen/day) or chlorpromazine(20 mg/hen/day) increased during the first week compared with CK,but the effect disappeared during the second week,4 tested nervous conditioning agents could raise the qualified breeding egg rate and average egg weight,and the qualified breeding egg rate of feeding bromocriptine or cyproheptadine groups was higher than CK but the qualified breeding egg rate of feeding L-dopamine or chlorpromazine groups was lower than CK during four weeks.
