摘    要:对安徽省农业科学院水稻研究所选配的 7个两系籼、粳杂交稻组合在安徽境内的制种安全和高产技术进行了研究。提出选用不育起点温度低 ,育性稳定的实用光温敏核不育系 ;将不育系育性敏感期安排在安全时段内 ;选择最佳抽穗扬花期 ;防止不育系自交结实 ,确保制种纯度等 4项制种安全技术和 5项制种的高产技术并用于种子产业化生产。

Abstract:combinations of two-line indica or japonica hybrid rice were bred. The safety and high-yielding technique of seed production in Anhui had been studied. The results showed that the safety technique included four aspects: to select the practical P(T) GMS lines with stability sterile and lower sterile temperture; to arrange the photo(thermo)-sensitive stage of P(T)GMS lines in a safe period; to select the best heading and flowering stage of the male and female parents and to prevent the P(T)GMS lines from self-crossing for the ensure of the hybrid seed purity. That also introduced the high-yielding technique of two-line hybrid rice seed production for the development of seed industrialization
