氦氖激光定位照射对公兔生殖功能的影响

摘    要:氦氖激光照射6只4月龄公兔阴茎头及其周围粘膜,用放射免疫测定方法监测12只受试兔外周血浆中睾酮的含量,进而探讨激光照射对公兔生殖功能的影响。结果表明,试验组公兔增重速度明显慢于对照组公兔,但试验组公兔睾丸的发育(P<0.05)及射精量(P<0.01)均显著优于对照组,此外,前列腺、尿道球腺、附睾尾、输精管和输精管壶腹的发育以及精子活力也都优于对照组,但差异不显著。因此,本试验证明,一定能量密度的氦

Abstract:The glans and the mucors membrane around if of six Harbin white male rabbitS in their four months of age were irradiated by using He-Ne laser.The Deripheral Concentrations of Drogesterone for twelve rabbits were measured by radioimmunoassay in order to evaluate the effect of He-Ne laser irradiation on the reproductive function of premature male rabbits.The experimelltal results indicated that the body weight gained by the rabbits in the irradiated group was slower than that of the control group However,the developments of The testes (P<0.05),the volume of ejaculation(P<0.01)were significantly better than that of the control group.The developments of prostate gland, bulbourethral gland, tail of epididymis,spermatic duct,ampulla of deferens and the motility of sperm were all better than the control group.
