不同光质下外源硒对水培生菜生长和品质的影响

摘    要:以‘意大利耐抽薹’生菜为试材,采用水培法,以LED灯为光源,设置红蓝光比例为4∶1(R4B1)、1∶2(R1B2)和全红光(R)、全蓝光(B)4种光质水平和叶面喷施外源硒溶液(0、24、48μmol/L)3种浓度水平,两者完全随机组合,共12个处理,研究不同光质下外源硒对生菜生长发育及品质的影响,旨在为人工光环境下生菜高效栽培和品质提升提供理论依据和技术参考。结果表明:(1)红光更有利于生菜生物量积累、可溶性糖的积累和硝酸盐含量的降低,蓝光更有利于生菜可溶性蛋白质、维生素C、类黄酮和总酚物质的积累;(2)在不同光质下喷施48μmol/L外源硒进一步增强了光质对生菜生长和品质不同的促进效果,其中,在红蓝光比例为4∶1的复合光下喷施外源硒对生菜的生物量、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、维生素C、类黄酮、总酚物质、硒元素的积累及硝酸盐含量的降低效果最显著;(3)对生菜的生长和品质指标进行主成分分析和主效应分析,结果表明,红蓝光比例为4∶1的复合光配施48μmol/L外源硒的处理综合得分最高,光质与硒对生菜生长和品质的影响效果及二者的互作效果均显著。综合考虑,在红蓝光比例为4∶1的复合光与蓝光下喷施48...

Abstract:In this experiment,lettuce was cultivated hydroponically using LED lights as the light source.Four different light levels were used,consisting of red and blue light ratios of 4∶1(R4B1), 1∶2(R1B2) and all-red light(R) and all-blue light(B).Three foliar sprayings of exogenous selenium solution at concentrations of 0,24 and 48 μmol/L) were applied.A total of 12 treatments were set up to explore the effect of exogenous selenium on the growth,development,and quality of lettuce under different light quality conditions.The objective was to establish a theoretical basis and to provide technical guidance for the efficient cultivation and quality improvement of lettuce in artificial light environments.The results showed that:(1) Red light was more beneficial to lettuce biomass accumulation,soluble sugar accumulation and nitrate content reduction,while blue light was more beneficial to lettuce soluble protein,vitamin C,flavonoids and total phenolic substances accumulation.(2) Spraying of 48 μmol/L exogenous selenium under different light qualities further enhanced the effect of light quality on lettuce growth and quality,the red-blue light ratio of 4∶1 demonstrated the most significant effects on lettuce biomass,soluble sugar,soluble protein,vitamin C,flavonoids,total phenolic substances accumulation,selenium content,and reduction of nitrate content.(3) Principal component analysis and main effect analysis conducted on lettuce growth and quality indicators showed that the treatment with a 4∶1 ratio of red and blue light with 48 μmol/L exogenous selenium had the highest overall score,and the effects of light quality and selenium on the growth and quality of lettuce were the most significant.The effects of light quality and selenium on the growth and quality of lettuce and the mutual effects of both were significant.The effect of light quality and selenium on the growth and quality of lettuce and their interaction effects were significant.
