摘    要:为了筛选出在口感、质地、外形上符合市民消费需求的生菜品种,引进11个生菜品种(5个结球生菜、6个散叶生菜),对比其农艺性状、品质和产量等指标。结果表明:结球生菜品种绿翡翠综合表现最佳,可溶性固形物含量3.78%,质地脆、口感甜,单株质量227 g,667 m2产量1 193.5 kg,适宜推广种植;红罗莎外观颜色独特,为紫色,可溶性固形物含量3.65%,质地脆、口感甜,可选取搭配种植;散叶生菜品种京研罗马丰产性好,667 m2产量为1 215.5 kg,适合规模化种植。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to screen out lettuce varieties which met the consumption demand of citizens in taste, texture and appearance, 11 lettuce varieties (5 head lettuce and 6 loose leaf lettuce) were introduced, and their agronomic traits, quality and yield were compared. The results showed that the comprehensive performance of ''Green Jadeite'' was the best, whose soluble solid content was 3.78%, texture was crisp, taste was sweet, weight of a single lettuce was 227 g, the yield was 1 193.5 kg per 667 m2, and it was suitable for popularization and planting. ''Red Rosa'' had a unique purple appearance with the soluble solid content of 3.65%, crisp texture and sweet taste, and could be planted with another variety Loose leaf lettuce ''Jingyan Rome'' had a high yield with 1 215.5 kg per 667 m2, which was suitable for large-scale planting.
