摘    要:为建立电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)检测人工种植中药中无机溴化物的分析方法,根据溴的特性确认ICP-MS测量质量数并考察了中药样品的提取方式、提取溶剂、提取时间对无机溴化物测试结果的影响。结果表明,中药样品中无机溴化物适宜的测试条件为:样品经粉碎后采用蒸馏水为提取溶剂超声提取溴化物,并用ICP-MS进行检测,内标法定量。此条件下无机溴化物质量浓度在0~0.20μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性(R2>0.999),加标回收率为109.9%~121.3%,相对标准偏差为1.8%(n=6),中间精密度为2.7%(n=12),方法检出限为1μg/g,定量限为2μg/g。该方法可用于中药无机溴化物的检测,其操作简单、灵敏度高。

Determination of the Content of Inorganic Bromide in Planted Traditional Chinese Medicine by ICP-MS
Abstract:In order to establish an analytical method for the determination of inorganic bromide in artificially planted traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), the quantitative mass number of ICP-MS was confirmed based on the properties of bromine, and the effects of the extraction method, extraction solvent and extraction time of inorganic bromide from TCM samples on the test results were investigated. The results showed that the suitable conditions for testing inorganic bromide in TCM samples were as follows: the inorganic bromide was extracted by ultrasound with distilled water as the extraction solvent after the samples were crushed, and then detected by ICP-MS and quantified by internal standard method. The method showed good linearity in the range from 0 to 0.20 μg/mL for inorganic bromide (R2>0.999), the spiked recoveries were 109.9%~121.3% with the relative standard deviations of 1.8% (n=6), the intermediate precision was 2.7% (n=12), the limits of detection and quantification were 1 μg/gand 2 μg/g, respectively. The method can be used for the detection of inorganic bromides in TCM with the simple operation, and high sensitivity.
