摘    要:基于离散元软件,通过双齿辊粉碎机的建模对以骨头为代表的厨余垃圾进行粉碎仿真,改变齿辊转速n和落料高度h观察仿真所产生的对应效果。颗粒分布情况和颜色(速度大小)分析表明,在35 r/min的齿辊转速和230 mm的落料高度下的效果最佳,即粉碎效果最佳。此研究借助颗粒黏结模型为双齿辊破碎机结构优化提供理论依据。

Abstract:In this paper, based on the discrete element software, the kitchen waste represented by bone was pulverized and simulated through the modeling of the two-tooth roller mill. The corresponding effect of the simulation was observed by changing the rotational speed n of the tooth roll and the height h of the falling material. Based on the particle distribution and color (velocity size), it is concluded that the best effect is achieved at 35 r/min gear roll speed and 230 mm blanking height, that is, the best crushing effect. In this study, particle bonding model is used to provide theoretical basis for structure optimization of double-tooth roll crusher.
