日粮不同能量水平对绵羊卵巢FSHR基因表达的影响

摘    要:通过半定量RT-PCR的方法,检测日粮不同能量水平对绵羊卵巢组织中FSHR基因表达的影响,以期对提高绵羊的繁殖性状起到一定的指导意义。选择4~5月龄、体重相近的杂交母羔(道赛特♂×小尾寒羊♀)36只,随机分为3组,分别饲喂不同能量水平的日粮:中能量组日粮(10.33 MJ/d)、低能量组日粮(7.21 MJ/d)和高能量组日粮(13.49MJ/d),饲养40d后,屠宰取绵羊卵巢组织样进行试验。结果表明:高、低能量组FSHR基因的表达均低于中能量组,其中中能量组和低能量组差异极显著(P<0.01);中能量组与高能量组差异显著(P<0.05),高能量组与低能量组差异不显著(P>0.05)。

Abstract:The use of Semi-quantitative PCR to determine the expression of Follicle-stimulating hormone receptor(FSHR) at the mRNA level may play a leading role in improving reproductive traits in sheep.A total of 36 hybrid female lambs(Dorset♂ × small tailed Han sheep♀),aged 4-5 months,with similar body weights,were randomized into three groups and exposed to different dietary energy levels(7.21,10.33 and 13.49 MJ/d of their metabolizable energy but with similar protein levels).After being fed for 40 days,the animals were slaughtered to allow sampling of their ovarian.The findings showed that the abundance of FSHR mRNA in the low energy group and high energy groups decreased compared with the moderate energy.The FSHR mRNA levels showed significant differences between the low energy group and the moderate group(P<0.01);the moderate energy group was significantly different from the high energy group(P<0.05);Meanwhile the abundance of FSHR mRNA in the low energy group and the high energy group is not significant(P>0.05).
