十四酸和铝对马尾松幼苗生长的影响研究

摘    要:试验按照正交试验设计,采用盆栽砂培试验方法,研究了1年生马尾松在不同铝离子浓度、十四酸浓度及pH值条件下,幼苗株高、地径、根系的变化。结果表明:在铝浓度为100mg/L、十四酸为200mg/L、pH值为5.4时,对马尾松幼苗株高、地径及根系生长有促进作用,能够减少铝对植物的毒害。适合马尾松生长的pH是4.7~5.4,长势最好。铝离子浓度在200mg/L、pH为4.0时,幼苗株高、地径、根系形态均受到一定影响,表现出较明显的抑制现象。低浓度十四酸对于高浓度的铝离子浓度,络合效果有限,表现出现有的十四酸不能完全络合过多的铝离子,导致一定的铝毒害。高浓度十四酸能够与较高浓度的铝离子形成络合反应,降解铝对幼苗的危害,促进或保证马尾松幼苗能够正常生长。

Abstract:Objectives to research the height,ground diameter and root system change of Pinus massoniana seedling in growth medium with different concentrations of aluminum ion and tetradecaoic acid and different pH.According to orthogonal test design,sand pot culture was used.The results showed that it could promote the height,diameter and root growth and reduce the poisoned with aluminum when aluminum concentration is 100 mg/L,tetradecanoic acid is 200 mg/L,and pH is 5.4.The Pinus massoniana grow best when the pH is between 4.7 and 5.4.When the aluminum ion concentration at 200 mg/L and pH at 4.0,the height,diameter,root morphology were subject to certain effect.It showed more apparent inhibition phenomenon.When low concentration of tetradecaoic acid met high concentration of aluminium,elution results was limited,it showed that some tetradecaoic acid could not completely complex overmuch aluminum ion,thus caused the toxicity of aluminum to seedlings.Reactions could be for med when high concentration of tetradecaoic acid meeting high concentration of aluminum,it could reduce aluminum hazards and make sure the normal growth of Pinus massoniana.
