| 摘 要： | 为了明确哈密某牛场犊牛死亡的病因,对从病死犊牛肺脏组织中分离到的一株革兰阴性短杆菌,进行了细菌分离纯化、16S rDNA测序鉴定、小鼠致病性试验、药敏试验检测。鉴定该分离菌为肺炎克雷伯氏菌,其16S rDNA扩增序列与GenBank中肺炎克雷伯氏菌同源性达99%。对小鼠致病性强。该菌分离株对硫酸阿米卡星、左氧氟沙星敏感；对阿奇霉素、头孢曲松钠、替米考星注射液和乳酸环丙沙星中度敏感；对氟苯尼考、头孢拉定、盐酸林可霉素、克林霉素、硫酸庆大霉素耐药。

Separation Identification and Drug sensitivity test of Klebsiella bovis |

| Abstract: | In order to find out the cause of death of calves in a cattle farm in Hami, Xinjiang, a gram-negative Brevibacterium strain was isolated and purified from the lung tissue of dead calves. After 16S rDNA sequencing, pathogenicity test and drug sensitivity test were carried out in mice. Results the strain was identified as Klebsiella pneumoniae, and its 16S rDNA sequence shared 99% homology with Klebsiella pneumoniae in GenBank. It is highly pathogenic to mice. The isolates were sensitive to amikacin sulfate and levofloxacin; It was moderately sensitive to azithromycin, ceftriaxone sodium, tilmicosin injection and ciprofloxacin lactate; It was resistant to florfenicol, Cefradine, lincomycin hydrochloride, clindamycin and gentamicin sulfate. |
