摘    要:文章主要对膜侧种植农艺原理、参数、优势,配套播种机具结构、工作原理、主要技术指标,机具应用时耕整地要求、机具安装调试、播种等内容作了全方位的阐述解析,并对现有膜侧播种机具取籽结构、适用范围和优化改进方向进行了探讨。通过膜侧种植技术及配套播种机具应用研究表明,膜侧种植技术在保留地膜覆盖优点的同时,铺设地膜宽度由70cm缩减至55cm,可捡拾地膜投入量约21.4%,同时作物种植在地膜外边缘3-5cm处,避免了根茬对地膜、土块的缠绕,有利于地膜的机械化回收。

Research on membrane-side planting technology and application of matching seeding machine
Abstract:Article mainly on membrane side grow agronomic principle, advantages, parameters, form a complete set of seeding machine structure, working principle, main technical index, machines and tools applied tillage soil preparation requirements, equipment installation and debugging, seeding content, such as a full range of parsing, and the existing membrane seeding machine take the seed structure, scope of application and the optimization improvement directions are discussed in this paper. Research on the application of membrane-side planting technology and matching seeding machine shows that while retaining the advantages of plastic film covering, the width of the plastic film laying is reduced from 70cm to 55cm, and about 21.4% of the plastic film input can be picked up. Meanwhile, crops are planted at the 3-5cm outside the edge of the plastic film, so as to avoid the twining of the stubble on the plastic film and soil. It is conducive to mechanized recycling of mulch.
