| Abstract: | Objective: To find out the pathogen of sudden death syndrom of some canine, which will assist to prevention and cure the disease. Methods: The cases were dissected and checked. Some tissues and intestinal contents were isolated from these canines. Toxin,bacteria and virus were examined from these material and examined. And some bio-chemical tests were done. Finally, the result showed that the sudden death syndrome was caused by Clostridium perfringens. |
