| 摘 要： | 从疑似猪伪狂犬病的病料中分离到 1株病毒 ,通过电镜观察、免疫荧光检查、PCR方法检查 ,证明该分离株为猪伪狂犬病毒 ;用分离株研制出油乳剂灭活苗预防猪伪狂犬病 ,预防效果良好。

| Abstract: | strain of virus was isolated from the pigs suspected of porcine pseudorabies. The isolated virus was identified to be pseudorabies virus by electron microscope,immunofluoresence technique and PCR.Porcine pseudorabies oil-emulusion inactivated vaccine was made by the isolated strain,which produced satisfactory protective results on the pigs. |
