早籼“V5025”的选育研究

摘    要::“V5 0 2 5”系用迟熟早籼良种“86-70”选系干种子 ,搭载返回式遥感科学卫星 ,经太空诱变作用后 ,选择早熟突变体 ,定向培育而成。该品种属早熟偏迟类型 ,具有分蘖力中等、穗大粒多、千粒重较重、丰产稳产、米质较优、后期落色好、对稻瘟病等抗逆性强、需肥中等、适应性广、农艺性状全面优于地面对照亲本等优点 ,适宜在江西省推广种植。讨论了空间技术育种的优点、方法、程序和技术流程

Abstract:The dry seeds of “86-70”a quality late-maturing early indica rice variety were carried by recoverable remote sensing scientific satellite for space mutation,after recovery,its early-maturing mutants were selected and cultivated directionally,therefore a new early-maturing variety“V5025” was bred.“V5025”has moderate tillering ability,big panicle and more grains,higher 1000-grain weight,high and stable yield,better rice quality,better colour at late growth stage,stronger resistance to Piricularia oryzae and so on,moderate fertilizer requirement and wide adaptability.All agronomic characters of “V5025” are superior to those of its parent “86-70”. It is suitable to popularize and plant “V5025” in Jiangxi province.The superiority,method,program and technological process of space mutation breeding were discussed.
