| 摘 要： | 采用Li-6400便携式全自动光合测定仪对白蜡树光合特性进行测定分析,结果表明,白蜡树叶片净光合速率(Pn)日变化呈"双峰"曲线,最大值出现在中午12时,次峰值出现在下午4时,午休现象明显;白蜡树光合作用受气孔因素和非气孔因素共同作用;影响Pn日变化的主要生理因子是气孔导度、蒸腾强度和胞间CO2浓度,主要生态因子是光合有效辐射和大气相对湿度。

| Abstract: | Studies on the photosynthetic features were given to Fraxinu8 chinensis Roxh by using the Li-6400portable photosynthesis system in suny days during June The results showed that the curve of diurnal variation of Pn was demonstrated two peaks in clear day which appeared at 12：00 and 16：00 respectively. There was a clear depression at moon.The photosynthesis was limited by stomatal and no-stomatal factors.The main photosynthesis factors that affect ditwnal variation of Pn inclu（te stomatal conductance, intercellular concentration and transpiration; anti the main environmental factors light intensity and htunidity. |
