白蜡树净光合速率及其影响因子日变化研究

摘    要:采用Li-6400便携式全自动光合测定仪对白蜡树光合特性进行测定分析,结果表明,白蜡树叶片净光合速率(Pn)日变化呈"双峰"曲线,最大值出现在中午12时,次峰值出现在下午4时,午休现象明显;白蜡树光合作用受气孔因素和非气孔因素共同作用;影响Pn日变化的主要生理因子是气孔导度、蒸腾强度和胞间CO2浓度,主要生态因子是光合有效辐射和大气相对湿度。

Abstract:Studies on the photosynthetic features were given to Fraxinu8 chinensis Roxh by using the Li-6400portable photosynthesis system in suny days during June The results showed that the curve of diurnal variation of Pn was demonstrated two peaks in clear day which appeared at 12:00 and 16:00 respectively. There was a clear depression at moon.The photosynthesis was limited by stomatal and no-stomatal factors.The main photosynthesis factors that affect ditwnal variation of Pn inclu(te stomatal conductance, intercellular concentration and transpiration; anti the main environmental factors light intensity and htunidity.
