| 摘 要： | 人才资本具有超价值的增值性,人才资本的积累与经济发展速度密切相关,对经济增长有巨大推动作用。高校核心竞争力是高校可持续发展的核心要素,是增强我国国际竞争力的战略基础,是高校持续竞争优势的真正源泉,是高校战略管理的根本出发点。其构成要素包括学术生产能力、人才生产能力、管理能力和文化能力。牢固树立"以人才为本、人才强校"新观念意义重大。建议从观念、机制、待遇和"宽容"四方面加大高校人才资本积累的力度与成效。

| Abstract: | Talent capital has super value in increment; talent capital accumulation is greatly related to the speed of eco- nomic development, and plays a great role in promoting economic growth. College core competitiveness is the core ele- ment of college sustainable development, the strategic foundation of enhancing China＇s international competitiveness, the real source of sustainable competitive advantage, and the fundamental starting point of strategic management in colleges and universities. The author suggests to strengthen the efforts and effects of talent capital accumulation from concepts, mechanisms, treatment and ＂tolerance＂. |
