| Abstract: | This article is aimed to analyze some factors which lead to disharmonies between students and teachers and further comes up with some proposals which help to build a harmonious relationship between students and teachers by the joint efforts of the school, teachers, students and their parents. As a result, teachers, who play a leading role in the process of education and teaching, and students, who are the principal bodies in that process, can beth benefit from each other and a harmonious relationship is established between them. |
