It is considered that due to the influence of old management system and many other reasons, at present, the Chinese tap water sector is facing tremendous difficulty and challenges. In order to promote the tap water business, the water prices should be regulated, the management system should be reformed, the market should be extended, as well as to develop the related diversified business. In addition, it must strengthen the socio-protection and rational use of water resources.
